cute staff superb breakfast great parking poor wi-fi bad experience ignored customer
parking was great. arrival at reception was a lovely experience, very cute staff were present. the restaurant also had friendly staff. good food was available and the breakfast was superb.
The wi-fi connection in the rooms was poor. i had a very bad experience with one receptionist. She ignored me and helped other customers.

The room had a lovely bathroom. I appreciated the spacious family room. A clean tidy bed and a good shower were available.
The restaurant service during dinner was notably slow. I waited over half an hour for my meal. The food was not hot upon arrival.

I HAD a nice visit. The rooms had amazing space plus very quiet conditions throughout the night. Breakfast WAS fantastic. The meal was delicious, really nice.
the Wi-Fi CONNECTION in my room, specifically, was BAD. i experienced some trouble connecting a few times, a LITTLE frustrating.

the staff members was friendly plus helpful. i OBSERVED them interacting positively with guests, providing assistance with directions plus other requests, an amazing feature. the level of service impressed me.

i really liked THE restaurant at the hotel. THE breakfast buffet provided a good selection of hot and cold items, and they had many choices, helpful. the restaurant offered many local dishes, as well.

there was a HUGE free car park at the hotel. It provided ample parking space , and that WAS really helpful. the car park WAS well kept, and it even added to the overall positive experience.

My room was spacious. It was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was great too. The breakfast room had a good view and a lot of light.
I stayed overnight this year. I booked dinner in the restaurant, and it was awful. The young staff serving had little idea what was on the menu. The menu was out of date.

well designed shower unique controls poor tv aerial fuzzy reception
the shower in my room was well designed with unique controls, acceptable.
The tv aerial connection in the room was very poor. I experienced significant signal issues. the reception was often fuzzy, and several channels were unwatchable. this detracted from my overall enjoyment of the room.

helpful staff amazing view good size room easy access
the staff was so friendly and helpful, even with a busy schedule! they handled room requests quickly. the restaurant views were amazing. my room was a good size, very clean.). i loved that i could park close to my room for easy access.
the room had not been replenished properly before i stayed, so it wasn't checked thoroughly before accepting a new guest.
